Debit order issues after arrangements

This is the 4th month I need to contact the call center for debits off my account after making arrangements. I was told I need to call monthly and yet the full debits are taken from my account. Can someone pls call me to correct this. This is costing me airtime and bank charges and yet my issue is not being resolved
