Debit Order date change.

I have sent numerous emails and I went to the bank twice but no one has helped me . I'm currently on maternity leave I won't be able to pay for my loan and credit card. I have asked AB to change my debit order to the 5th of each till I go back to work in October. This has not been changed as agreed. My UIF payout will only be available after the 1st. Whatever money that is there in my account is for daily needs & I will be upset if any debit order goes through in this coming weekend.
