Debit order areas
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>i have a credit card and a loan with you and have been paying them via debit order.</p> <p>i have recently received an SMS saying that you will deduct and additional amount to help me with arrears.</p> <p> </p> <p>now my question will be how on earth can I be in arrears if you debiting the exact contracted amount? </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to hear you answer to this </p>
