Debit order are not going through on customer's payday at African Bank.which is unfair for me

I have been this problem since Ubank switch to Africa Bank. They always call me and tell me that my account is in arrears and yet the debit order goes through every month. This is frustrating me because I tried calling them and they told me that is how their debit runs they runs on the 18th. I asked them to please chandnge my debit order date to the 20th as i am getting paid on the 20th and they never did so. What frustrate me they even list me on Itc for the payment that they are taking from me and failing to updates their system to accommodate me as a customer. I feel like I it unfair for me as customer to end up in itc for something that I am not reliable and in control for. They could have just changed their system as per the customer's payday.
