Debit order
I have personal loan with AFRICAN Bank and realized that a Debit order went off my account this morning for R1088.48 on 14 December 2018. African Bank was suppose to debit my account at the end of December. When I called African Bank I was informed that they will return the money into my account as no message was sent to me informing me that my account will be debited early.I was requested to send three months bank statement that shows the debit order and copy of my ID. I sent it a week ago, and still no money in my account and yet I was told the process will take maximum of 48 hours. DISSAPOINTED!
