Dead while still alive

I'm sad on how the consult are not well trained on how to deal with serious matter. On the 24th March one of the consult of African Bank tried to hold of me of which they didn't get hold on me, hence I have a personal loan with them. They managed to get hold of my next kin and saying to her that I'm dead. Which is a serious matter to me as a customer to them. Why did the consult mentioned that I'm dead while I have made a payment arrangements with them last year November, since then amount is payable on the agreed amount since last year. The consult has mentioned that African Bank was trying to reach since November last year. And again if was dead African Bank doesn't have a to system to check whether the ID number of a customer if I'm still alive or not. Can African Bank provide me the telephone conversation with my next of kin hence the telephone is been recorded. And how can the consult as false information to my next of kin about me been dead. I'm very frustrated on the consult engege with matter like that.
