deactivated credit card

<p>Hi, i am extremely frustated. I have been making cash payments into my credit card for a very long time, suddenly my card was deactivated, i went the branch and they said it must I must be fica'd, i then came the following day to fica. i then received an sms to say the process cannot be completed. African Bank has just decided to deactivate my creidt card with notifying me. i called the call centre and they are telling me there must be a debit order, with no debit order they cannot activate it. I do nnot understand this as i have been making cash payments for several months. After speaking to the team leader, I then gave permission to s**** debiting again which i acually dont want as i do not get piad every month. now she is telling me she can only activate my credit card after consecutive debit orders. this is totally unprofessional as i was not informed about this before african bank decided to deactivate my card because i am making cash payments, why did they allow this in the 1st place. NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3 MONTHS TO ACCESS MY CARD. VERY UNHAPPY CLIEN. POOR SERVICE</p>
