To my utter shock I find today 25 June 2020 that my account was debited with a full month's installment against what I can afford at this time. I told them that I cannot make an arrangement until I get my salary. I have got my salary and there is a payment of R6638.4 from my company and no other money top work with. The installment was not agreed to by me. If you want to make an arrangement without my consent then I have to take the matter further. Please only communicate via e-mail. I am not answering any more phone calls from African Bank.
