Hello Peter <br> <br> My name is Nosiviwe ,Id number ***,I have an African bank credit card which I now want to settle ,my balance is R9 ,650.00 but when I ask for the settlement amount ,I was told that its more than the balance R9,900,when I query why the balance is more than the settlement amount they are telling me about the charges when I ask what are the charges for no one is able to explain <br>
