I have been calling none stop. I called on 08.09.2022 advising that I would like to close my credit card and that I have R10 000 to settle this account I have paid African bank the money I owe double. the interest accrued double for an account that is flagged under debt review with a court order I have been paying more than the installment but it took much longer for this account to go down. I want this account closed and settled and the areas that you have been adding removed as I am being **********. No agent is willing to help not even the Supervisor Lerato Thema. I had enough of African bank and promise you that I will close every account I have with African bank

16 Sept 2022, 16:37You can keep your call. I want nothing to do with African bank anymore. I have just closed all services with African bank. as well as my kid's accounts. Good bye, you are not worth my money
