Day light *******

I am so dissapointed with African bank have been having credit card with them and conducting it well, suddenly on the 18 October 2022 received an sms that my card is blocked and immideately went on my app whereby I got a shock of my life.

My card was sitting on negative balance and Immideately went to the branch where I was told I have been credited with interest free amount not they debiting it whereas it was not even on my statement.

I logged a complaint which no one gave feedback and was promised it will be resolved within 48hours, African is reaping people and need to sort out their issue not want to recover their financial mess with our monies.

Today I logged to my app the amount is even double what I have see like what the he'll is going on with this bank, I will not be liable for anything that I don't know.
