Daveyton Mall African Bank Just A Waste of Rental Space

On 11/02/2023 as well as 25/02/2023, I made the unfortunate decision of going to the Daveyton Mall branch. What an epic waste of time I`ll never get back! I was in a queue for 30 minutes and,AGAIN,left without the card I had gone there to collect. In a branch with more than 5 consultant stations, only 2 consultants were available as all the other booths were vacant. The two consultants who were there dragged their feet and had private conversations with each other in between rolling their computer mice around every few minutes as to give the impression that they were working. In the 30 minutes I wasted there, only one person ahead of me in the queue was assisted and even that process dragged on and on. The stuff my banking nightmares are made of. You can very clearly see that because that branch is not in the suburbs, the consultants feel its quite alright for them to give us mediocre service. Disgusting! Nobody should go to a bank to be subjected to the same amount of wait time as one gets when they head to a government clinic.
