Customer service to be forgotten.

They fail to listen to clients. I spent the whole week trying to change banking details and they cancelled the debit order mandate on the right account, they wanna debit the wrong one. African bank service is just pathetic. I told them I'm trying to sort it out before month end but they don't listen.
