Customer Service non existence

I have been struggling to get hold of someone to assist with my account for 2 months already, visited the branch and spent hours on the phone with no resolution. I keep on getting mails to advise that they can't get hold of me but yet I am receiving calls but no attempts received from African Bank. Customer service is non existence and dealing with the call center agents frustrating.
