Customer Service is Pathetic !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day African Bank, I have been communicating with your call center agents for about 3 months now and I am not getting any assistance. I am unable to use the money from my world account as my account has been put on hold , I was advised that the account is with forensic department , since FEB I have not received any feed back from the forensic department.
