Customer Service

I was at the branch yesterday and was assisted by a very warm and friendly lady by the name of Nomsa Mhlongo. She thoroughly explained everything from investments, credit cards, bank account etc.I didn't even know about the bank account but the way she sold it to me like a real sales consultant. She didn't make me feel like I was at the bank but at home chatting and laughing whilst doing her work. I recommend this branch because of her,will definitely be coming back to her for an investment. If customer service was a person it would be Nomsa. Thank you.
