Cruel African Bank staff
I tried to arrange to pay my loan which is not yet in arreas because I forsee a shortage from my accounts next month and the people the are not emphatic and refused to assist me their manager dropped a call on my ear now I have no choice but to default on my payments this month since they refused to assist me
