Hi their I have app**** for a personal loan i got the loan all is good but then i have notices that when i go online on my account statement then it shows nothing everything is zero then i go to one of the stores to ask for a statement cause i dont get any when they gave me the statement went home didnt look at it at that moment when finally i got a chance to go thru it cause im keeping track of my payments every month and the thing is the agrement that we have been going on was that i got payed on the 25th on every month and what i have been notising is that they start billing me from the 19th of every month and they start deducting from the 23th then theirs no money and by the time my money cums in they deduct and then their it show a revers on my statements every month but i have only notice it by my second loan that they do that and every month my bank chargers is sky high I have been going to them to ask about this and they just say that its not like it shows on my statements i went in the second time then they put me on the phone i have been asking the same question why do they start billing me from the 19th then they tell me that's what the computers cut off date i am not please with this yours truly Marilyn Jacobs
