Crocks !
I took a loan and asked them to change the debit order date to the last of the month more than 4 times. They moved it to the day BEFORE initial date so that I’m charged ARREARS every month! I’ve called a million times to no assistance! I took a 12 months loan that has been stuck on 9 months even after 4 instalments ! I’m so disgusted with this bank I’m taking my investments elsewhere
