Credit Scoring

I still haven't received feedback or any sort of update in regards to my credit scoring since the bank is debiting on the days they want to and now the unpaid debit orders are reflecting bad on my bank statement i did speak to Bontle about two weeks ago to sort out the issues but its seems like she a clown working for a not so good circus i told her that on the first week of April I'm going to apply for credit within my bank. but its seems like i spoke to a Zombie.Can i get the Credit scoring asap..
