Credit report not updated
They refuse to update my credit report after submitting sequestration and rehabilitation court orders. Because my cell phone number previously used is no longer in use, the consultant would not update or accept my details or documents provided.

12 May 2023, 13:51I understand the authentication and I have provided my ID number and full name as requested, but as i said to the consultant that contacted me, I have no business going to a branch to update anything- All I need is for African Bank to process my documents submitted via email as instructed by my Lawyer. This is a COURT order for you to update my credit report. All the information needed is on the papers and I would appreciate it if you could do as the order states. I would like to meet a *****ster who goes around clearing peoples names without them knowing!!
