Credit rejected due to unable to confirm my employment status.

I app**** for a credit with African Bank, and I was provisionally approved on two occasions but declined because they are unable to confirm my employment status. I respect their internal process to verify my employment status, however, I submitted a letter of employment from HR and Telephone numbers as advised by the Customer services, but I was still declined.

I do understand bank statements and payslips might be doctored; however, I have provided all the relevant documents. My issue is no one knows the set criteria used to verify employment status because I asked Customer service what exactly you want me to attach and disclose, but I still don't get a fix answer. I am not sure if you want to do physical inspection, or what exactly it's the criteria followed, or should I just accept you're unwilling to provide me with credit.
