Credit record compuscan African bank dont update on time but i pay

My African bank account does not get updated at the compuscan I paid R1800 on the 25-06-2020 they quick to phone for next payment but when you need then to update the compuscan credit report they it take for ever I mean update the payment and update the balance owing it my consumer right to have my credit record updated on compuscan
