Credit life insurance

Good day

Can someone please get back to me in regards to credit life insurance application. First request made beginning of April, documents were then requested and forwarded.

I have not received feedback, spoke to some disinterested consultant moments ago who advised I don't have insurance which is ridiculous considering I'm paying for insurance - I have proof.

Please get back to me and advise if i qualify or not.
