Credit l8fe substitution

I took up a personal loan 3 months ago after a heavy delay on the option to use ny life policy and not their credit life policy. I was advised to take up one with their credit life policy cz the process was quicker.

Now i want to replace theirs and use mine bu5 no one is taking my call on the Insurance replacement department. I sit on the line for more than 4 hours everyday with no one to answer the call. I even utilized the CALL ME BACK option but no one bother to call.

Another thing, they always attempt to deduct a day before my agreed deduction date with is messing up my account conduct with the bank..
