credit card sales department bad service

Good day as a standard bank account holder i am not happy with the services received i qualified for a credit card and uploaded my salary advice and bank statements after waiting a week i received a email on the 12/05/2022 that they still need my confirmation of employment letter to finalize and i uploaded it and emailed it as well however the entire day to day they requested the same document over and over again. As a account holder this is bad i was supposed to have my credit card by now
