Credit card reopened

I use to have credit card with African Bank for 9 year 2014 until i was declare overdebted and was under debt review the account was paid in full and received my clearing certificate , when i checked on Transunion the African bank was still there as the existing credit , i contacted their debtreview department which confirmed that the account has paid and closed . on the 05th July 2024 i received the statement that shows my account is active and the amount of R100 .00 is needed to be paid before end of July , i dont have the card any more , decided to call their call centre for assisitance they need my cellphone which i use to open the loan , i dont even remember that no i used in 2014 (10 years) , the best way is to visit their branch to update my cellphone no, All am asking is to reverse those charges and closed the account that is . I dont need any credit card
