Credit Card Renewal

My African Bank credit card expired in September, and I only got around to renewing it in November. I submitted the required documentation at an African Bank Branch, and was told it would take 48-72hrs before the renewal could be processed. I called the branch after this period, and they said that there was a block on issuing the card (FICA documentation), which I had already submitted previously. So I went to the branch, and the sent the documentation AGAIN. Almost two weeks after THAT, I phoned the branch, who said that there was STILL a block on renewing the card, but no one can give me a reason. My two loans and Credit Card with African Bank are not in arrears, the debit orders go off without a problem each month.
