Credit Card limit Increase Delayed Over A Week.
African Bank service is very pathetic,my wife did an application for credit card limit increase on the 28.06.2023,all the necessary documents were submitted and got agreement and a contract.till today the application is stuck in "final review" , whenever we call they just say you will receive feedback by today,it's in "final review". Your service is horrible and the call center doesn't give much help either. How can we put our trust in you this is completely bad service...If it was money owing then we would get calls everyday...
