Credit Card Issues

There is nothing as useless as carrying a Credit Card that does not work. <br> Every time I want to buy something online, it gives me an error like I don't have enough cash in my account. I called the CC department and I have been told to wait for 48 hrs - which I do not have. <br> I had issues before getting my new card, your systems were ALWAYS offline, now I cant even use the damn thing. Imagine I'm on holiday, and every time I need to use the card - I must look for an ATM. This is frustrating.<br> Can someone please look into this - as a matter of urgency.<br>
