Credit Card Given But No Active Credit??

On the 17th of July I was pre-approved for a credit card with African Bank. I was instructed to bring all of my details and information to my nearest branch. On Saturday the 18th of July I visited my branch, completed the assessment details and signed the contract for my African Bank credit card. The value of R4000.00 was approved however has since been unavailable on the facility? I came to African Bank in my time of need and I find myself having to deal with a lot of frustration at this point. Surely if I have signed for the credit card the facility should be active and readily available? What is going on?<br> <br> This is causing me a lot of distress and complicating my financial obligations.
