Credit card *****

My credit was *****ed, I reported it immediately when I saw the withdrawal notification. My card was immediately blocked. I sent all the documents they need. I was told my case is under investigation. It's been 3 months now without hearing anything from African bank. I don't have access in my account. African Bank keeps on deducting monthly. I'm ****ed off. To my surprise when I call today, been told my documents are not enough. I'm ****ed off. Can African bank bring back my money with an immediate effect. I don't enter no where with their poor IT systems.
