Credit card debt settled but debit orders still going off my account. ***

<p>I settled this account on the 8th of April 2017 and I asked them to close this account. On the 25th of April, I saw a debit order still running off my account and I asked them why are they still taking money from my account as I settled this account. They gave me run around that head office must clear it. I t seems so stupid that you ask for a settlement and eventually settle the account and yet you have to incur costs by your own bank when reversing such unauthorised items, I'm so disgusted and don't know where to run. As the useless call centre personnel don't even know what they are talking abut.</p> <p> </p> <p>Close the damn account, I paid it in full!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
