On 19th,I phoned the call centre in the morning to close off my credit card. Not to pay my available balance but close. I was qouted and paid the required amount and also promised that the account will be forwarded to closure department. I even asked and humbly to close it.

Guess month end, You deduct the finance charges and now the credit card is not closed. I called in the call centre today they said I must have paid the available balance not the settlement.

Hence I said categorically that I want to close the credit card and no longer needs it, I said that.

This bank will forever be a merchant that uses the black masses, taking advantage on the abondoned and the poor people. This bank validates a general opinion that is nothing but a ****. African Bank is just a tool to destroy people s financial profiling and more particularly Africans(Blacks) because is their client base.
