Credit Card Approved & Issued No Money Credited
Please see previous complaint. I had a response that that this was investigated, still no feedback after 6 November we are now on 28 November 2015. I have signed a contract and fees for the card was deducted. I have been issued a card but received no funds. This kind of banking service is unacceptable as a contract is a contract, no communication either its now 22 days later ????
