Credit card application taking forever still under review
I app**** for a credit card on the 28th of Dec to date I still have not received an sms advising of I am approved or declined. Called for a follow up and I was told it’s escalated to compliance. We have emergencies that’s why we app**** and they take long to respond

I keep calling it’s sitting with compliance, I app**** cause I have an emergency 5days later of which I was told it’s going to take 48hours.
