Credit card application decline

I app**** for a credit card on the 12 April I received feedback that the application was declined as they could not confirm employment. NO ONE CONTACTED THE OFFICE. I contacted the call centre and the consultant advised that they could not verify the business which is utter nonsense as Bamba corporate services is a registered business (Registration K***). I have previously had a loan with you guys so i cannot understand what the actual problem is. I am not sure what number you guys have on record but the company landline number is ***. This number is linked to multiple businesses the main one being N&Z instrumentation but when you contact the number and ask to be put through to Bamba corporate services HR reception will gladly transfer you to the relevant person. I have now redone the application Can someone please be kind enough to assist with this? If there is any additional information required please contact me directly on my cellphone.
