Credit card

On 14 April 2022 I app**** for a credit card. I submitted all documents and my application was being reviewed. Suddenly I must submit again and I did. I was told to submit 4 times and after submitting I receive messages saying under review then again I must submit. I went to 3 branches to submit personally and every time it's the same thing again. The last branch I went to in mamelodi denlyn, the guy was not even interested in helping. The service is poor and frustrating. The run arounds are disgusting and unprofessional. If they want to reject, they should say so. Sies
