Credit card

<p>good afternoon</p> <p>i took out a credit card 5 years ago from african bank with a loan of R10000.00. this has been paid up long time ago and yet they state that i still owe them R8000.00.</p> <p>i contacted them and disputed the amount but was said that there is an amount of about R17000.00 in the account. when i asked then why are they still deducting money from me if that amount is available they said they will continue deducting until i close that account which i did 3 years ago.</p> <p>the matter is with the attorneys for investigation and *****.</p> <p>my question is how long are they still going to do this and why can i not be paid what's due to me?</p>
