Credit Bureau updates

Surely African Bank has decided to mess up with my credit scoring. I have paid African Bank month in month out without fail. Please could you fix the credit bureau update for November and December 2015. Since when I have never paid my instalments or paid late than the stipulated credit agreement we signed? I am very disappointed on African Bank. You always put arrears of R25-27 after the payment date. Why is that now my problem and why should I be the one suffering? Why are you affecting my credit scoring like this?<br> <br> Please fix this report you sent to the Credit Bureau or I will take you to the credit ombudsman.
