Credit assessment team are very poor

On the 4th July 2024 I app**** for credit card it was approved, the Consultant in Watergate was very helpfull her service is beyond excellent. But the credit team of African Bank is very poor i subbimitted everything in a branch they ask me to submit payslip wich i re-submit after they request Bank statement still application is on review, on my knowledge the application exp after 7 days and its 6th day no response I went to the branch they say the app still pending I called customer service the consultant was helping me on the phone sound sleeping she was not helpfull at all I am not happy with African Bank service at all its poor
