Couldn’t access my funds and poor customer service

I do not recommend banking with this bank, absolutely disappointed by how I could not access my funds over a weekend, I reported this on Facebook and a lady by the name of Rato doesn’t even have customer service skills! Telling me that there were technical issues in a very rude manner ,how do you not let your clients know. I have moved all my accounts to this bank and closed other accounts so no access to my funds other than this means. I have emailed their CEXprience box and til date ,no response! Take your business else where, where you are valued and taken seriously!
