COPIES OF CONTRACTS

Called African Bank on the 23.06.2015 to request copies of my contracts , wen through the validation process and was told that between 24 to 48 hours the contracts will be emailed. No emails received by the 25.06.2015 called African Bank again went through the validation process and was told to call the attorneys to get copies of the contracts, called the respective attorneys they cannot assist, called African Bank again was told need to do validation again , I did that and was told they cannot assist me further as the info is with the attorneys. I am most certain that copies of the contracts were sent to the attorneys and not originals so why cant I obtain it from African Bank?? please advise
