consolidation loan

We were approved for a consolidation loan online but when we went to the branch the consultant elizabeth monakeng, had a bad attitude she couldn't even greet us properly. And when we had a question about something we asked her if it is the policy of african bank where she said that no that's what she says.she was utterly rude and unprofessional. She even refuse the offer that was given to us online and started a new loan application. We wanted a consolidation loan.she can't even sit up straight on the chair.i need this matter to be adressed otherwise i will take it to a higher level of authority even the media if necessary.
