Consolidated Loan ??? Just kidding... keep paying them ALL

I had taken out a consolidated loan with African Bank with the knowledge that I would only be paying one Direct Debit to African Bank, as they would be settling two other loans with different companies. The one went through with no problem, but one with Direct Axis, they are disputing that a settlement quote was ever obtained and therefore now on payday, I had to pay both African Bank as well as Direct Axis via Direct Debit, which has put me in further financial difficulty due to incompetence somewhere. When I sent an email asking for further assistance, all I got was the following:

Kindly advise how will you like to be assisted because the payment was done to them.

I am unhappy that even after I had now phoned and emailed this matter is still not resolved, and I am left out of pocket. if you are using consolidated loans as a selling point, you need to make sure that the correct procedure is followed with the other institutions instead of putting the problem back with the customer who has to continue paying!!!! can someone please help me get the loan with Direct Axis finalized and resolved so that I only have to pay African Bank ????
