Congratulations your loan is approved.................Oops still busy with application

<p>My husband app**** for a laon on Wednesday when he called the afternoon he was told that they just need to confirm employment, yesterday afternoon he received a sms congragulating him on the loan, he then phoned the branch to ask when he could expect the money, and he was informed that as soon as he gets the sms the money has been deposited. He then went to the branch where he spoke to the branch manager who in turn told him to call the call centre, he phoned the call centre form the African branch store and also spoke to a manager at the call centre who informed him that the application was not yet finalised as they need to confirm employment. firstly can it really take 24 hours to confirm employment, secondly how do you send a sms when according to them they application has not yet been finalised.
