Confused

Hi, on you website you advertise a laptop that's instalment is R319 I go into the branch I get told my instalment will be R820.... how? then why advertise it for R319, I know its a 3rd party but why advertise it as R319. I call you call center they say they are unable to help me because I have to go to the branch.
