Compliment to African Bank, Brea Center, Durban branch

I would like to compliment the great service I received from Noluthando Nkabinde at the African Bank branch at Berea center, Durban. I honestly have never received such patience and courtesy at any bank and Noluthando Nkabinde is not only patient but her product knowledge and ability to explain all the banks processes to a client can’t be compared to none. I visited her branch 6 October 2020 and what stood out to me about her service was her patience, persistence, her smile and willingness to assist and explain the application process every step of the way. This really stood out for me as on the day, the system was giving her challenges as it kicked her out and buffed countless times but this didn’t deter her nor affect her smile. I had encountered a similar challenge at another institution and with little effort the consultant simply told me that they are offline and I must return on another day which is never nice to hear as a client. Noluthando however had my best interest at heart and she utilised the time where she was experiencing system challenges to inform me about African Bank’s other products whilst she called her IT Department. I visited the branch again on 7 October 2020 to submit other documents and I experienced the same good service, friendliness and professionalism from the rest of the staff at African Bank Brea center. I wish that all other institutions can train their staff in this manner because the African Bank, Brea branch in Durban has really set the bar high.
