COMPLIMENT

I'd like to compliment two of your employees, Sachin (Team Leader) and Mashilo Phosa for the excellent service that they provided me last week. Mr Phosa helped me to sort out my loan application after having to wait almost 2 weeks for feedback (not even my home loan application took this long).

I had to follow up everyday, some days I would get a response advising that there is no loan application for me or that the team are trying to contact me with no success, however, my contact details were clearly stated on my application.

I was about to give up on the entire application, but then Mashilo answered my call and within 1 day, the issue was resolved. He constantly called me to give me feedback and within no time the loan was paid into my account.

Mr Phosa's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.

Within a few hours, he was able to verify all necessary info for my application and with Sachins sense of urgency to assist, start the process of having my loan paid out.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with African Bank because of these 2 gentlemen.
