Complement

I would like to really thank Charlene Lakay for an excellent service demonstrated today the 16th of October 2019, at Promenade Branch in Mitchell's Plain. She really assisted my mother who was very frustrated to get paid letter from African Bank of her loans that she settled. My mother Tantaswa Kamfer is a retired teacher, Charlene went out of her way to contact Head Office and made sure that she gets results for us even when she was sick shame. I trust her manager will appreciate its quite rare to get such people these days.
